About me

I am passionate about creating innovative learning and development spaces in human resources, team and organisational development. I love working with and for people, supporting them in their development. Together with clients and participants, I design educational and dialogue formats in which each individual has a say, the group finds common ground, and everyone can develop. Formats offered are both on-site and online.

My heart beats for co-creation, innovation, agility and international cooperation. I support executives, teams and organisations worldwide on their path to a sustainable future. I open and design the spaces for development, transformation and innovation– from individual coaching to team development to large group conferences.

My story

I love people and learning and am passionate about the development of one’s potential and transformation. That's why I studied international adult education, psychology and sociology in Berlin. During my studies, I earned my income through training, large group facilitation and research on educational processes. Afterwards, I took on a management role in international cooperation and helped to build up a global education programme, ENSA . The programme focused on empowerment, competence and personality development. Even back then, we designed the programme according to the principles of co-creation and self-organisation and lived what is now called "agility and new work".

Through my own leadership role and my training as a coach, I developed an enthusiasm for leadership topics. Alongside my leadership role, I began to design training courses for managers and to accompany team processes. Over time, it became clear to me that I wanted to devote myself full-time to supporting executives, teams, organisations and networks, which led me back into self-employment. I am grateful to have turned my passion into my profession (travelling, continuous training, creative design, inspiring dialogues with interesting people). I find the balance to my work in nature - all the photos on this website reflect places that are important to me.
